Crowns and other full-size 60s/70's Japanese sedans/wagons/trucks, fairly stock restorations on what looks like Torq Thrusts/Astro Supremes, etc. Tire lettering, mooneyes steering wheels, et cetera. Does this "style" have a name?

This Corona pickup is my favorite, I didn't even know these existed. I could carry my Super Cub in the back.

duuude, me and you have very similar tastes!!! i also have been hella into this style lately (also my fascination with mooneyes has a little to do with it).
ive been buying all the Kosokuyuen mags cause of this. its awesome man. to me its kinda like an american twist of japanese style.
Looks like California style to me.
