Daijiro Inada had visited the builder of this...thing (who's driving) back in volume 112, but I'd never seen this follow-up.
It's a UCF11 Celsior under there somewhere, but it looks more like a spaceship. I particularly like the limo "boomerang" antennas and the astro-turf step behind the panel.
I guess this is a "Cel-Truck"?
